Lukas Burk
About
I am a PhD student at the Chair of Statistical Learning and Data Science (SLDS) in the Department of Statistics at the LMU Munich since April 2021. I am also part of the Emmy Noether Junior Research Group: Beyond Prediction at BIPS.
My PhD position is split equally among both groups in the interest of furthering collaboration with the goal of merging statistical methods with machine learning topics. Before my current position, I finished my M.Sc. in Medical Biometry/Biostatistics in Bremen.
